Happy New Year, dear readers!

We are well into the New Year and I have been pondering the direction for my newsletter for 2014 and the future! After writing Body Moments, for over three years now, I felt it was time for a change! You will notice the slight change to the format, but still containing the same valuable information!

For all my new subscribers, welcome, and I hope you enjoy the monthly information I present to you. I hope to bring more consciousness to your ever-active mind, by showing you the subtle energy and information that your body brings to you! If you do so, you will always maintain optimal health of your body, mind and soul. Your Body, if you just notice it, is a Window to your deepest self!

I have been very busy in the past month, organizing my ideas and writing articles. Most of this activity has been spurred by my attendance at a wonderful, Insight Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, taught by Sarah and Ty Powers. They are masters at Yin Yoga, meditation and other mindfulness techniques.

I hope you have been also following my Facebook posts, that have been loaded with mindfulness techniques since my Insight Yoga training! I feel like I have been catapulted to a new level of understanding, as a result. I hope my Facebook page can be a daily source of inspiration for you.

I have been writing articles on Yin Yoga poses and explaining how yin yoga has been deepening my personal practice. I have been posting the photos from these article to Pinterest as well. If you are a Pinterest addict, you can pin my photos for your conscious reminders as well.

Here are all my current articles. You will notice that the photos are all taken in the beautiful country of Thailand. I did so enjoy my time there and wished to share the place with you! The yoga poses were taken on Pranang Beach, on the Railay Peninsula.
