CONCEIVING

Dear Elle,

I am 28 years old, got married 3 years before and am undergoing treatment for conceiving a baby since last 3 months. I am taking Clomid 50mg for Follicle Stimulation. Doc has seen Poly cyst in ovaries. I am taking Pioglit 30 and Duphaston also.

I am 5'3" tall and weighs 61.5kgs.

Can I know what or which emotions should I nurture in order to get pregnant and to deliver a healthy baby? Is there any emotion (in general) which is preventing me to get pregnant?

Kindly let me know if I should add any other necessary information.

Hi Elle,

I got your very kind reply. I am trying to work on it.
These are some of the usual comments which are the part of self talk.
It's not fair.
I don't deserve this.
I can't believe he/she is acting this way!
I don't know how I'm going to get this all done.
I can't take this anymore!

How should we deal with these thoughts?
Can we heal our past?
