Adrenal Fatigue and Sciatica Pain

I have adrenal Fatigue and handle the problem with food and vitiamins. The Sciatica causes alot of pain and stress- my back and hip are bad.What can I do to get more energy?

Hello, and thank-you for contacting me. Sounds like you are ready to do something more about your issues, speaking to you from your "Body Window." Since you don't give me very much information about yourself, it's hard to respond. Stress, as you know is the major contributor to your problems. Getting energy back is hard to do without spending lots of quality time for yourself.

I have created a wonderful meditation for those with back pain from Sciatica and SI joint problems. You may wish to look at this on my page, Lower Back Pain Exercises. If you take the time to learn these exercises AND do them meditatively, I promise you will feel better.

Dealing with sciatica

What you describe will respond well to a combination of chiropractic (+ functional neurology) and acupuncture.
Yes, there is a clear indication of low adrenal function (which can be helped with, for example, Chinese herbal remedies) AND there is a very clear indication of the knock-on effect on the kidneys, which will respond very well to traditional Chinese herbal remedies such as Rehmannia 6 or 8 (testing will elucidate which version and which additives are best).
Rest is definitely required, particularly 1/2 hour somewhere between 1 and 3 p.m.
And an exercise program (yoga/pranayama) will definitely help.
